Description

HMI (Human-Machine Interface):

—The 15.6-inch super-large touch screen provides a more intuitive charging process, enhancing the user experience for customers at the DC fast charging station.

—Advertising integration is available, creating an additional revenue stream for customers using the electric car charging equipment.

—Multi-language options ensure accessibility for customers worldwide, making it ideal for global electric vehicle charging solutions.

 

Multifunctional TCU and Central Controller:

—Equipped with 2GB of memory and 5G local storage, this system can handle over 30,000 charging records and maintain more than 6 months of operational data.

—Remote software upgrades and firmware updates eliminate the need for on-site maintenance, ensuring an efficient and convenient experience for users of the electric EV charger.

—Supports multiple communication methods, including 100Mbps Ethernet, WiFi, and 4G, providing flexible and reliable connectivity for DC EV charging stations.

Cabinet Design:

—Constructed with aluminum and zinc-clad materials, the cabinet offers IK10 mechanical strength and an IP55 outdoor protection rating, making it durable for electric vehicle power stations.

—Designed with independent air ducts for left and right-side ventilation, ensuring efficient heat dissipation for fast-charging EV chargers.

Safety Protection Functions:

—Includes short circuit protection, over/under voltage protection, voltage/current limit protection, overheat protection, lightning protection, and more to ensure safety at fast-charging EV chargers.

—Charging gun temperature monitoring with Pt1000 temperature sensors installed within the cabinet to enhance protection for electric car charging equipment.

—Tilt angle protection: If the cabinet tilts more than 30 degrees, the fast charger for EV stops immediately for safety.

—Water immersion protection: If the cabinet body’s internal water level exceeds 30CM, charging will stop to prevent damage to the electric EV charger.
