The newly developed, self-designed central control system provides a more efficient charging function and enhanced safety protection for the all-in-one charging station.

With a wide voltage output range of DC 200-1000V and a high power selection range of 60kW to 360kW, this electric vehicle charging equipment supports multiple charging standards, including GB/T, CCS1, CCS2, and CHAdeMO, making it suitable for a variety of applications. Whether you need an EV fleet charging solution, an EV charger outdoor, or a 200kW EV charger, this high-power EV charger is suitable for the different needs of personal, commercial, fleet, and operators.

Description

HMI (Human-Machine Interface):

—The 15.6-inch super-large touch screen enhances the user experience, providing a more intuitive charging process for customers at the all-in-one charging station.

—Advertising integration is available, offering an additional revenue stream for customers using the EV charging machine.

—Multi-language options ensure accessibility for a global customer base, making it ideal for EV charging users worldwide.

 

Multifunctional TCU and Central Controller:

—With 2GB of memory, the all-in-one charging station provides faster data processing. It includes a local 5G hard drive, capable of storing over 30,000 charging records and more than 6 months of operation records.

—Remote software upgrades and firmware updates are supported, eliminating the need for on-site maintenance and ensuring a more efficient and convenient experience for users of electric vehicle charging equipment.

—Supports various communication methods, including 100Mbps Ethernet, WiFi, and 4G, offering flexible connectivity for DC electric vehicle chargers and high-power EV chargers.

Cabinet Design:

—Constructed with aluminum and zinc-clad materials, the cabinet offers IK10 mechanical strength and an IP55 outdoor protection rating, making it perfect for EV charger outdoor installations.

—Designed with independent air ducts for left and right-side ventilation, ensuring adequate heat dissipation for high-power EV chargers and 200kW chargers.

Safety Protection Functions:

—Includes short circuit protection, over/under voltage protection, voltage/current limit protection, overheat protection, and lightning protection, ensuring safe operation at DC electric vehicle chargers.

—Charging gun temperature monitoring protection is integrated with Pt1000 temperature sensors installed in the cabinet to safeguard electric vehicle charging equipment.

—Tilt angle protection: If the cabinet tilts beyond 30 degrees, the 200kW EV charger immediately stops charging.

—Water immersion protection: If the water level inside the cabinet exceeds 30CM, charging will automatically stop to prevent damage to the DC electric charger and EV fleet charging systems.
